The making of the Disney like Baby Yoda (top left), from a conceptual sketch, to a paper pattern (right), then shaping a light weight foam head and wire to form ears (above left). Next combining terry cloth and mixed fabrics for texture (below left), then pining fabric before sewing or hot gluing seams.
Finally, hand painting eyes, ears and other details bring the character to life.

Costume Design
Seasonal (Halloween) conceptual design, and construction of wearable art.
Combining ribbon, jewelry, lace and creepy Halloween elements (from Michaels, JoAnn and Sam's Club and others) to make hand
crafted accessories (above). Next, orchestrating the handmade spooky components, such as statement flowers with spider eggs, onto clothing, accessories, the hair and face (right). Uses: theater, film and Halloween fun.
